1 General Provisions

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yestaya login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Unauthorized Access. 3.3 Account Inactivity. 5.4 Promotion Changes. yestaya Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.

6 Game Rules & Conduct

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. 7 Prohibited Activities

9 Limitation of Liability

9.2 yestaya Casino's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 yestaya Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Age Restriction. yestaya Casino strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

12.3 yestaya Casino operates under PAGCOR oversight. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 yestaya Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.
